Financing Proposals
This is where the client puts forth a suggested financial scenario to the potential investor, this should include equity offered, whether it's a debt equity scenario, investors return and exit strategy. The difference between a 'Financial Package' and a 'Financing Proposal' is the financing package reflects general financial information whereas the financial proposal gets in to more specific details as to what a potential investor will expect.
